Overview
Skills Observation Tracking in Craft's OJL Tracker helps you document and demonstrate skill development in real-world workplace settings. If your administrator has enabled this feature, you can request evaluations for specific skills as you practice them, and evaluators will provide structured feedback and scoring based on your program’s expectations. This process gives you clear insight into your progress toward competency, helps you understand performance thresholds, and ensures your skill mastery is tracked consistently as you complete hands-on learning experiences.
Logging a Skill and Requesting an Evaluation
If your administrator has enabled Skills Observation Tracking, you will see the skills you are required to log on your Program Overview page under To Do.
When you’re ready to request an evaluation:
Step 1: Select the skill(s) you would like to be evaluated on by clicking the checkbox next to each skill. Then, click Request Evaluation.
Step 2: Next, choose the date the skill was performed.
Step 3: Under Observed By, select your evaluator. You may also include a note for your evaluator to review.
Step 4: Finally, click Request Evaluation to submit your request.
You will then see the word Pending in purple next to each skill, indicating that it is awaiting evaluation from your evaluator.
Viewing Scores
Once your evaluator approves your skill observation, your results will appear on the Program Overview page, including your most recent score and the number of attempts you have completed.
