Craft's OJL Tracker is designed to make it easy for apprentices (or learners) to track their progress throughout their apprenticeship program. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure you're staying on track and meeting program goals.
Tracking Progress
Understanding Your Program Page
Step 1: Select Programs on the left hand sidebar.
Here, you'll see a list of all the programs you're enrolled in, along with a progress percentage that shows how far you've advanced within each program.
Accessing Reports
For another detailed view of your progress:
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports tab.
Step 2: Select Progress Summary.
Step 3: View your Progress Summary Report. Use these reports to discuss progress with your mentor, evaluator, or program sponsor.
