Rubric Score History Report
Feature Area: OJL Tracker
We've released the Rubric Score History report, now available to all administrators. This report provides a consolidated table view of rubric scores for all learners within a collaborative, replacing the need to navigate to individual activities to review results. Previously, reporting was limited to score averages - this report gives administrators full visibility into each criterion score across all rubrics, with export functionality to support audits, accreditation, or compliance needs.
Time Tracking Hours Progress Report
Feature Area: OJL Tracker
We've released the Time Tracking Hours Progress report, a new report for program administrators in programs using the Time Tracking Module. It provides a consolidated view of learner progress against required hours, broken down by approval status (Approved, Pending, and Returned) and category, sitting alongside the existing Activity Hours Progress report.
The report includes two tabs: a Summary Tab with a high-level stacked bar chart showing Total, Target, and Remaining Hours per program alongside a learner-level breakdown, and an Item Detail Tab that drills down into sub-items and categories to show exactly where individual learners are falling short. Both tabs support table exports, making it easy to share data with partner agencies, accrediting bodies, or grant stakeholders without manual work.
