Overview
As a learner, there may be instances when you need to update a previously submitted activity. For example, you might wish to revise your reported hours, include additional documentation, or modify your comments. This guide provides a step-by-step process to help you unsubmit and resubmit your activity in Craft's OJL Tracker.
What does Unsubmitting an Activity do?
Once the activity is unsubmitted, it will temporarily revert to "Draft" status, meaning it is not visible for evaluation until resubmitted. When activity has been unsubmitted, you will need to reattach any attachments or links, as well as resubmit any intended comments - your activity will be wiped to a clean slate.
How to Unsubmit an Activity
Step 1: Locate the Activity. Begin by navigating to the specific activity you need to update within the OJL Tracker.
Step 2: Scroll to the Supplementary Details section of the activity page.
Step 3: Click the Unsubmit button. This action reopens the activity, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments to your time spent, attachments, and comments.
Step 4: Click Submit again when you have completed your activity.
In the history section, you will see a log of your submission process.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your activities in Craft's OJL Tracker, ensuring they reflect your progress and contributions accurately. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to reach out to your support team or Craft’s customer assistance for guidance.
