As a learner, you may encounter activities with specific requirements set by your administrator. These requirements ensure you are meeting the expectations and guidelines set by your program. This article will guide you through understanding and fulfilling these activity requirements.
Viewing Activity Requirements
After selecting an activity to submit, you will see an overview of the activity including a description and any attached resources. To view the activity requirements, look for the designated section in blue.
TIP: The system will not allow you to submit an activity for approval if the requirement is not met.
Learner Requirements
Learners may be required to complete any of the following tasks:
- Comment: Leave a comment in the designated field.
- Attachment or Link: Learners may be required to include an attachment and/or link before submitting the activity.
- Report time on activity: Report you overall time spent on the activity.
Important Notes:
- Activity Limitations: Be aware of the following limitations:
- Maximum time spent duration: 200 hours and 45 minutes

- Attachment file size limit: 10MB
- Unsubmitting submitted files: While possible, the initial submission's comments, attachments, and links will be retained. Please note, once an activity has been submitted, you will need to click unsubmit otherwise you will be unable to take any action on the activity.
