Getting Started
Q: How do I log in to Craft for the first time?
A: You’ll receive an email invitation from your program administrator. Click the link in the email to set up your password and log in.
Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive a login email?
A: Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact your program admin or reach out to us at support@crafteducation.com.
Q: How do I invite new users or resend an invite?
A: Admins can invite users individually from their profile page, or in bulk from the People page.
Profiles and Permissions
Q: What’s the difference between an Instructor, Evaluator, and Admin?
A: Instructors can evaluate learner activities for any learners assigned to the same plans they are assigned to. Evaluators can assess submitted activities for learners they are specifically assigned to. Admins can create programs, manage users, and oversee reporting. Submissions and Tracking
Q: How do I track progress?
A: All Craft users have access to reports, these reports vary depending on role type. To see which reports are available to you, select the Reports module on the left hand side bar within Craft's OJL Tracker.
