1. Visit the Craft Help Center
Our Help Center is the quickest way to find help. Here, you’ll find:
- Step-by-step guides for using Craft's OJL Tracker.
- Answers to common questions.
- Troubleshooting articles for technical issues.
2. Contact Craft Support
If you can’t find the solution in the Help Center, you can contact our support team directly:
- While in Craft's OJL Tracker, click Support on the left hand side. Then, select Submit Ticket.
- Provide detailed information about your issue to help us assist you faster, including:
- Your name and role (e.g., apprentice, sponsor).
- The specific problem or error you’re encountering.
- Screenshots or any error codes, if available.
3. Email Us Directly
If you are unable to log, you can email us directly at support@crafteducation.com. Our business hours are 9AM-5PM EST, we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
4. Escalate for Urgent Issues
