Overview
In Craft's OJL Tracker, some users may be assigned multiple roles or belong to more than one organization. For example, a Learner may later become an Evaluator, or an Evaluator might also serve as an Instructor. In these situations, the user will have separate user views, sometimes each with its own permissions and interface, based on the role they are using. Sponsor Admins also have administrative access across all organizations they manage and can switch between organizations as needed. This article explains how users with multiple roles and organizations assigned can toggle between their available views.
Toggling Between Views
If you have multiple roles assigned to you, you can easily switch between them by following these steps:
Step 1: Click the dropdown arrow located in the upper right corner of the interface.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, select the Switch View option.
Step 3: Lastly, click on the Enter As button next to the role you want to switch to.
Please note that certain permissions may be exclusive to specific user roles. By toggling between roles, you can access and leverage all the permissions granted to you within the OJL Tracker.
