Overview
Wage and funding data can be recorded and managed directly in Craft’s OJL Tracker. As an Admin, you can log wage entries and funding sources on behalf of any learner in your program, edit or delete existing entries, and view full wage and funding history with timestamps. Learners can also record their own wages and funding sources from their profile.
Adding a Learner’s Wage
Step 1: Navigate to a learner’s profile. From the left hand sidebar, select Wages.
Step 2: In the upper right corner, select Add Wage.
Step 3: From the popup window, complete the form. Enter the learner’s base pay excluding bonuses, overtime, or differentials. Select the rate (by Hour, Day, Week, or Year). Enter the effective date. Select the learner’s employer and program. If desired, you can include a reason.

This report displays the learner's name alongside their program, employer, starting wage, most recent wage, and the percentage difference. You can also view each learner's wage history.
