Overview
This article explains how to use the level locking feature to control when learners can access specific content in your program. This allows you to provide a more structured learning experience by gating activities until a chosen date.
What is Level Locking?
Level locking restricts learners' access to activities within a level until a predetermined date. This ensures learners progress through the program in the intended order and prevents them from accessing content they are not prepared for yet.
Benefits of Level Locking
- Improved Focus: Learners can concentrate on the current level's materials without getting overwhelmed by future content.
- Structured Learning: Provides a clear path for learners by controlling the order in which they encounter activities.
- Flexibility: You can easily set unlock dates for individual learners or groups.
