Overview
As a Program Admin, there may be times when you need to view a specific learner’s progress, check the status of their activities, or submit an evaluation on their behalf. Craft's OJL Tracker makes it easy to access this information in two ways: through the learner’s assigned program or directly from their profile. This article walks you through both approaches so you can efficiently support your learners.
Viewing a Learner from the Program Page
Navigate to the relevant program in Craft's OJL Tracker.
Step 1: Click on the Assigned Learners tab, located next to the Overview tab.
Step 2: Find the learner you want to view. Click the three dots to the right of their name, then select View Program.
From here, you can:
View the learner’s overall progress through the program.
Click into individual activities to review submissions or submit evaluations.
Please note, if you have enabled any activity requirements, you will not be able to utilize the Evaluate Before Submission feature until the learner fulfills those requirements.
Viewing a Learner from Their Profile
Step 1: Navigate to the People module in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Locate and select the learner’s name to open their profile.
Step 3: In their profile, select the Assigned Programs tab.
Step 4: Choose the program you wish to view.
From here, you can:
View the learner’s overall progress through the program.
