As an evaluator, you may encounter activities with specific requirements set by your administrator. These requirements ensure consistent evaluation practices and quality outcomes. This article will guide you through understanding and fulfilling these activity requirements.
Viewing Activity Requirements
After selecting an activity for evaluation, you'll see the learner's submission, along with supporting materials such as rubrics, comments, links, or attachments. To view the activity requirements, look for the designated section in blue.
TIP: The system will not allow you to approve or return an activity if the requirement is not met.
Evaluator Requirements
Evaluators may be required to complete any of the following tasks:
- Comment: Leave a comment in the designated field.
- Attachment or Link: Evaluators may be required to include an attachment and/or link before approving the activity.
- Observed Date: Include the date you observed the learner completing their activity.
- Score: Assign a score before approving per rubric attached to activity.
Important Notes:
- Learners can report time spent on activities up to 200h & 45mins.
- Attachment file size is limited to 10MB.

- Submitted files can be unsubmitted but the first submission in history will retain any comments, attachments, or links originally submitted.
