Overview
We encourage learners to log into the OJL Tracker to submit activities and engage with their evaluator or instructor. However, there are times when this isn’t practical - such as when an activity is observed in person or when quick documentation is needed without additional back-and-forth.
To support these scenarios, Craft's OJL Tracker allows users with evaluation permissions to submit and evaluate activities on a learner’s behalf in just a few steps.

Submit an Activity for a Learner
First, you need to find the learner and the activity you would like to submit and evaluate.
Step 1: Click Learners on the left hand sidebar.
Step 2: Click the appropriate learner, then, click their program.
Step 3: Next, use the left hand program navigation to drill down to the activity you are looking for.
Step 4: Select the activity you want to submit on behalf of the learner and click Evaluate Before Submission.
Please note, if you have enabled any activity requirements for the learner the Evaluate Before Submission button will appear greyed out until the learner fulfills those requirements.
You will then have the same capabilities as you typically would in your evaluator role, including updating the learner's due date or logged time on activity, uploading a PDF, or providing a link for the learner to view, providing a score based on the learner's work and commenting feedback that will go directly to the learner. Once you have filled out your chosen fields, you can either approve the learner's work or return it to them to continue working on the activity.
Please note, a status of Submitted indicates that the learner (or yourself) has submitted the activity and it is pending review. You will need to submit your evaluation and click Approve or Return for the activity to be considered evaluated.
