Requirements for Activities
As an admin, you can customize activities by adding specific requirements for both learners and evaluators. These requirements help ensure that activities are completed and evaluated according to your program's standards.
Learner Requirements
- Attachment or Link: Learners must submit their activity along with an attachment or a link, or by providing only a link or only an attachment.
- Comment: Ask learners to provide a comment or explanation about their work.
- Report Time: Track the amount of time learners spend on the activity. This requirement is particularly useful if reporting time is an essential component to your program.
Evaluator Requirements
- Attachment or Link: Require evaluators to provide additional context or feedback in the form of an attachment or link, or by providing a link only or only an attachment.
- Comment: Ask evaluators to leave comments on the learner's work.
- Include observation date: Require evaluators to report the date the activity completion was observed.

Accessing Batch Configure Activities
You can find the Batch Configure Activities page by first navigating to your program page. Select the 3 dots next to your program name, then select Batch Configure.
This brings up a new interface that displays all activities within the selected program in a single, centralized table.
- Each row represents an activity.
- Each column corresponds to a configurable element (e.g., resources, requirements, rubrics).
This layout gives you a clear, editable overview of activity setup at a glance.
Batch Configuring
The configuration table supports both quick adjustments and large-scale updates:
- Edit Individual Fields: Click directly into a table cell to edit an activity’s properties.
- Bulk Actions: Select one or more rows, then use the Options menu to apply changes across all selected activities at once. This is ideal for updating requirements, attaching resources, or managing rubrics for multiple activities simultaneously.
Learner and Evaluator View
If there is an activity requirement assigned, Learners and Evaluators will see a blue box on the activity page indicating the action that needs to be taken.
