Overview
Craft Admins will want to ensure they can provide the appropriate resources to learners and evaluators to ensure they can successfully use the OJL Tracker to submit work and evaluate it properly. Our Add a Resource to an Activity feature allows you to easily attach links or files directly to your activities. This means students can access essential materials, like rubrics or reference documents, right within the activity itself. Take a look below to see how to do this\
Add a Resource to an Activity
This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to add a resource to an activity.
Step 1: Start from the home page and select Programs, then, click into your desired program.
Step 2: Next, find the activity to which you'd like to add a resource.
Step 3: You can either add an attachment and upload a file from your device or insert a public link.
Step 4: Once you have completed Step 4, the attachment or file will show on your screen.
For a comprehensive list of file types that can be uploaded as an attachment, please see this article.
Adding Resources to Activities in Batches
Locating Batch Configure
Step 1: You can find the Batch Configure Activities page by first navigating to your program page. Select the 3 dots next to your program name, then select Batch Configure.
This brings up a new interface that displays all activities within the selected program in a single, centralized table. Each row represents an activity, and each column corresponds to a configurable element (e.g., resources, requirements, rubrics). This layout gives you a clear, editable overview of activity setup at a glance.
Batch Configuring
Step 2: From here, you can begin to batch configure activities with resources in the form of an upload or a link.
-
Edit Individual Fields: Click directly into a table cell to edit an activity’s properties.
-
Bulk Actions: Select one or more rows, then use the Options menu to apply a resource across all selected activities at once.
-
Plan Filter: Use the Plan Filter to filter by a specific plan within your program, allowing you to apply the same resource to multiple activities within a plan.
