Programs encompass all the work that must be tracked to complete an on-the-job training program. Craft's OJL Tracker is not meant to replace a Learning Management System (e.g. Canvas or Blackboard) but to provide a way to systematically and securely collect and report evaluator (i.e. onsite mentor/ veteran worker) feedback/approval for work that is completed on the job site.
How do I create a Program?
There are 2 ways to create your programs- individually from scratch or via CSV Upload. Check out our article on how to Create Program Content for more information.
What is the difference between a Program and a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP)?
Programs can be any job-embedded work. RAPs however must be an approved program through the Department of Labor. To learn more about how RAPs can help your learners, check out our article on Earning Your Apprenticeship Funding.
