Overview
Evaluator assignments may change at any time during the year due to learners changing employer sites or changes within the employer site itself. In these situations, you will need to update these assignments in Craft.
Please note: before updating a learner’s evaluator assignment, you must first add the new evaluator to Craft by creating their account.
Updating Evaluators
Step 1: Navigate to the Programs page and select the program the appropriate learner is participating in.
Step 2: Once you are in the correct program, click Assign in the top right of the page and click Assign Evaluators to Learner.
Step 3: Scroll or use the search function to find the appropriate learner and under Assigned Evaluators, type or select the evaluator's name you want to assign.
To remove a previously assigned evaluator, click the x next to the evaluator's name you wish to remove.
Step 4: Finalize your assignment by selecting Finish.
Please note any new evaluator must be added to the system before they will appear as an option in the evaluator list.
FAQ
Can my end users reach out to Craft directly to have their evaluator updated?
A: Craft will not update an evaluator assignment without your consent. Because of this, we recommend managing these assignments directly so they can be completed as changes occur.
Can I bulk update evaluator assignments?
A: At this time, evaluator assignments must be updated one at a time.
Can a learner be assigned to multiple evaluators?
A: Yes, learners can be assigned to multiple evaluators at the same time.
What happens to a learner’s previously evaluated activities when an evaluator is removed?
A: Craft retains all historical data from past assignments. The activity history will continue to reflect the correct evaluator in the log.
What happens if the evaluator I am removing has left their employer? Do I need to remove them from Craft?
A: Once you unassign an evaluator from a learner, their access becomes read-only, and they will no longer be able to view that learner’s information. There is no need to take any further action, as evaluators cannot be removed from Craft.
