Overview
This article explains how Employer Admins can submit skills observations on behalf of learners to support timely and accurate tracking of progress. Employer Admins can create and submit observations for learners within their scope, with submission and approval handled in a single, streamlined step. Observations can be edited when updates are needed, with any changes prompting re-evaluation, and a detailed history is maintained to show who submitted and approved each entry for full transparency.

Navigating to a Learner’s Program Page
Step 1: From the People page, select the learner you wish to perform a skills observation for to bring up their profile page.
Step 2: Select Assigned Programs on the left hand side.
Step 3: Locate the learner’s program, then click the Options button on the right hand side, then View Program.
Submitting a Skills Observation
Step 1: Scroll down to the Skills Observation Tracking section.
Step 2: Select the skill you wish to provide an observation for, then click Review New Attempt.
Step 3: Select the date the learner performed the skill, then provide your score. You can also leave a comment, if needed.
Step 4: Finally, click Review & Score.
Please note that skill observations can be backdated up to the learner’s program start date.
