Overview
Employer Admins can directly manage and track each learner’s program status with full visibility and control. Withdraw, reassign, or remove learners as needed- while maintaining complete status histories and audit trails. This feature eliminates the need for manual spreadsheets and provides admins with accurate, transparent program status data at a glance.
Withdrawing a Learner
Step 1: From the left-hand navigation menu, navigate to People.
Step 2: Click on the learner you wish to add or view time entries for.
Step 3: From their profile, select Assigned Programs on the left hand side.
Step 4: Click the Options button to the right of their program.
Step 5: Then, select Withdraw from Program. You will be asked to confirm the change.
The learner can be reenrolled to the program at any time by following the same steps and selecting Reassign to Program.
