Overview
This guide will walk you through accessing and logging in to Craft Connect, as well as answer some frequently asked questions.
Getting Started
- Access: Head to the sign-in page.
Creating Your Account
- Your account is set up by your organization's administrator. They'll send you an invitation email from no-reply@authenticate.craftedu.com to create your password.
- Unsure about your account? Contact your administrator to confirm your login email address (it should be the one you received the invite on).
- Organization Admin? Need to create an account? Contact Craft Education support at support@crafteducation.com.
Creating Your Password and Signing In For the First Time
- Once your account has been set up and your administrator has invited you, you’ll receive an email from Craft Connect titled Welcome to Craft Connect. Scroll to the bottom of this email and click Sign In.
- You will arrive at the Craft Log in Page. Click Sign in.
- Select Reset Password, then, on the next page type your email in the email field.
- You will receive a second email from Craft Connect. Click confirm the password change in this email.
- Enter your new password and follow the prompts.
- You can then sign in with your new credentials. We recommend saving your password as well as bookmarking the URL. If needed, you can also access Craft via our website, crafteducation.com.
Logging In
Once your account is set up, you can log in two ways:
- Email and Password: Enter your email address and password. If you forget your password, use the "Reset Password" option on the login screen.
- Google Login (optional): If your account is linked to Google, you can log in quickly and easily.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I haven't created a password yet, but I'm an existing user. What should I do?
- A: If your administrator has already created your account, use the "Reset Password" option on the login screen to set a new password.
Q: I have a password, but I also want to use Google Login. Is that possible?
- A: Absolutely! The system will automatically link your accounts once you log in with Google. No need to use your password again after that.
Q: Can I log in with a different email address, like my personal one?
- A: Yes, if that email address is the one your administrator linked to your Craft account.
Q: My email address isn't working to log in. What's wrong?
- A: Double-check that you're using the same email your administrator provided. Your profile is linked to that specific email.
Q: I received an invite email but can't find a link to launch the application.
- A: Depending on your email client, you might need to expand the email body to see the link.
Q: I've been logged out. How do I log back in?
- A: Craft Connect times out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Simply follow the initial login process by clicking the sign-in link and entering your credentials.
Q: My administrator says they sent me an invitation, but I haven't received it.

A: Check with your administrator to confirm the email address they sent the invite to. Also, look in your spam or filter folders for an email from no-reply@authenticate.craftedu.com. If you still can't find it, go to the sign-in page and select "Reset Password" to set up your account.
