Overview
There may be instances where you need to modify a user's account. Administrators can view and edit user profiles individually or in bulk.
How to Search for and Find a User
First, select the People tab on the left hand side bar. From there, you will be taken to the People page where you can find and select the user you wish to manage.
Filtering
On the People page, you can search by Name, Email, or Role via the search bar to narrow down your results.
You can also utilize tags for users in order to filter on a custom grouping (e.g. cohort)
Sorting
To sort, click the arrow above a column in the People table. Please note, you will need to hover over the area for the arrow to appear.
Batch Edit
To edit multiple users at once, select the desired individuals from the People table. Then, click Options. You will see the option to send invitations in bulk.
Individual Edit
To edit a user at an individual level, first navigate to the user's profile. Then, you can select Edit to the right of any section you wish to alter. You can modify a user's name, contact information, permissions, view and send invite information, or add tags.
