Overview
As a sponsor admin, you will be in with the initial setup of Craft's OJL Tracker. Typically, you will need to associate learners with their education provider and employer. During setup, if you are unsure of where the learner is attending college or university or where they will be doing their on-the-job learning, no problem. You can follow the steps below when you are ready to associate a learner with an additional education provider or employer.
Add a Learner to an Organization
Step 1: Click on People on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Then, click on My Sponsored Organizations to access the learners within your sponsored organizations.
Step 3: Click the learner you'd like to add to an organization to open their profile.
Step 4: From their profile, click the Connections tab. Then, click + Add. Please note associating a user with an organization shares this person's data with that organization. Learners usually have two associations: their Education Provider and their Employer.
Step 5: Select the organization and click Add.
