Overview
You’ve set up your program, assigned learners, and sent invites. From here, your job shifts from setup to execution.
Once your program goes live, you'll start to see:
- Learners logging in and completing activities
- Evaluator activity and grading
- Questions coming in from students, instructors, or coordinators
- Initial reporting trends
This guide walks through the 3 most important things to focus on post-launch, with direct links to how-to articles. It will help you answer questions like:
- What should I monitor daily or weekly?
- How do I know if things are going well?
- How do I support learners after they enroll?
1. Confirm Everyone’s Set Up Correctly
Why it matters: Your data foundation impacts everything downstream - from reporting to visibility to compliance.
Suggested Actions:
- Learners are assigned to the correct programs, employers, and EPs
- Evaluators are linked to the right learners
- Tags are applied for easy group management (region, cohort year)
- Everyone has logged in (or received/resolved their invite)

2. Start Monitoring Early Signals
Why it matters: You don’t need to wait for semester-end to identify risk or celebrate wins.
Suggested Actions:
- Confirm learners are logging in
- Identify anyone who hasn’t started
- Monitor activity submission percentages
Why it matters: Early non-activation is the biggest predictor of non-completion. Reaching out early keeps learners from silently dropping off.
What to look for:
- Are learners and evaluators logging in?
- Are learners completing their first activities?
- Are evaluators logging in and engaging with their learners?
- Are activities being completed on time and tagged to competencies?

3. Align Your Team: Learners, Evaluators, Admins
Why it matters: When expectations are clear, systems are easier to adopt and sustain.
Suggested actions:
- Clarify the cadence of evaluations or activity submissions (e.g., weekly, upon learner submission)
- Make sure evaluators know how to log in, find their learners, and leave feedback
