Overview
The sponsor admin can manage the settings within their organization. This includes name, support contact information, and email notification settings.
Organization Name
From the Settings page, Admins can update their organization's name by selecting the pencil icon.
Create Custom Support Contacts
Sponsor admins can create custom support contacts so they can direct learners or evaluators to specific email addresses for help. By default, the "All Craft Admins" appears and lists any email address that has the administrator role in that organization. To create a contact, click the Add Contact button.
These contacts appear on the support page when selecting Contact Admin under their organization's support section.
Email Notifications
